PEARL GATES WEDDING DAY COORDINATOR PACKAGE
This package is for the couple that has already taken care of the wedding planning themselves. This package includes:

- Four hours additional planning consultation
- Rehearsal
- Hosting and entertaining your guest alongside the DJ
- Vendor contract confirmations and review of all policies
- Instructions sent to each attendant via telephone
- Coordinating a program with your DJ or band
- Seating arrangements and guest list reviews
- Transport personal items of wedding party to reception such as: guest book, favors, cake top, etc.
- Distribute last payments
- Box additional wedding cake
- Distribute tossing items to guests
- Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets
- Bustle wedding gown at reception
- Clean up personal decorations and belongings at reception
- Load gifts into designated guests car
- Guest placement cards

* Please note all aspects of your wedding will be taken care of confirming all contracts and referrals.
* Package also includes assistant coordinator to work alongside the wedding coordinator for the day.
* Price depends on the number of guests attending due to extra staff needed to insure your day will be a wonderful and memorable one.
